Dell venue pro11 USB charging issue
I have an original 23w charger but when I plug in only shows as a 3w charger. When I am using the tablet it is not charging and the battery is discharging. I have tried various USB cables and they all show as 3w. Does anyone know what the problem is. I have read other threads and it seems to point to the particular USB cable that is needed which only comes from dell when tablet is sold. However dell do not appear to sell the cable separately.
Any help please.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I cannot find any service tag.
But I think its not under service. But reading threads on Internet it appears to be a known problem to dell.
What is the solution?
I even bought a new cable and also charger which clearly shows its a 23w charger but dell venue pro11 still identified as 3w charger.
I have another venue pro11 with exactly the same build and Bios version. I plug the micro adaptor in to that one and that shows 23W... yet when I plug it in in my other one it says 3W. I even swapped out the hard drives and no difference still 3w. The problem is baffling.
