Kindly provide me the steps to contact the support person because when i tried to contact support (by
https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/en-in/contactus/dynamic?spestate/) i only have three options whether this device is registered or Enter the service/product ID or Choose the product. Since it is a trial version I am unable to find those and I have also tried calling
000800 440 1379 ( Dell EMC Support (Storage, Data Protection and Converged Infrastructure support only.) but no response.
One more question: what is the default username and password for DELL EMC Unity Virtual machine (i.e) what is the spa login credentials. when i tried with the default username and password (admin, Password123#) it shows wrong credentials
Is there any way to get license file for DELL EMC UNITY VSA. because there is no response from DELL support side and i want this license file as soon as possible.
