Host HBA information in vFog

Hi,
We've recently installed vFoglight Pro 6.5 and want to justify using this tool over providing access to ESXTOP. The main reason we would use ESXTOP would be to investigate any I/O latency per HBA on a given host.
While vFog provides a great view of this under 'Monitored hosts > vm explorer' in the Storage tab, information per HBA seems incomplete. It is not recording or displaying information such as Queue Latency, Kernel Latency or Device Latency (see screenshot below).

I can't find any mention in the product literature regarding the required/recommended Statistics level logging in vCenter and I wonder if, in order to view this information, it needs to be increased from 1 to ?
Thanks in advance,
NickB

This only shows data for ESX 4 and later hosts and then only with more vCenter Update 4 or vSphere vCenter 4 and above. (I may not have these exactly correct, drop a note to support@quest.com). Prior to those versions vCenter didn't grab the data from the ESX hosts and there was nothing exposed in the API for us to retrieve.

Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned - vSphere 4.1 is the platform being monitored.
I'll log a support ticket :)
