How to Modify an existing report in vFoglight v5 or v6?

Question

I want to know how to modify an existing report in Vizion Core vFoglight 6. We have upgraded the version of vFoglight from ver 5 to Ver 6. Could you please provide the steps to modify these reports. Also need to know how to modify an existing Dashboard?
