Unable to connect with LDAP
I read through the other posts about the LDAP configs, but none of them resolved my issue. I have tried many combinations but am unable to connect. Is there anything special that needs to be done after the LDAP configs have been changed (restart a service or anything)? Image below is the last attempt.

As far as "Scope(s) to search for groups" we do recommend some best practices that I can go over if you create a Support case however that should have no impact with your logon process meaning all that would happen is when you logon successfully it would throw an Error like message saying"The account logged on successfully but you do not have any Roles assigned. Please contact the Administrator...."etc.
Please change LDAP query prefix to sAMAccountName and yo should be god to go.
Couple of other important things though....Pls make sure you click on Edit button then make you changes and then retype the password for the service account and click on the Save button. This is critical to ensure that all you changes are save correctly. Another thing I have ran into a few times is you will have to Restart your foglight service (or reboot the server) because even though you update all the settings correctly the old information is still cached and you continue to get error message.
If you still run into issues after all this, please create a support ticket and I would assist to resolve it.
