Error code 80072EFE - unable to upload windows updates........

Question

I am having a problem with Windows Updates.  I have searched the forums and tried several of the suggestions and am having problems correcting the situation.  I run Windows Vista with SP2 on a Dell Inspiron laptop.  Can you give me some directions and instructions as to how to begin this process?  Thanks!!!
