Getting BSOD: Systeme PTE misuse and unable to load the windows..
Any suggestion to fix.

Do you have PTT and TPM enabled in the BIOS? If so then disable PTT in the BIOS. This page at Windowsreport may help.

Thanks! Disabling TPM worked for me, however, I didn't find the PTT setting in the BIOS.

Depending on your model number, you did not post it, some systems had both and others had one or the other.
