Do you have PTT and TPM enabled in the BIOS? If so then disable PTT in the BIOS. This page at Windowsreport may help.

Thanks! Disabling TPM worked for me, however, I didn't find the PTT setting in the BIOS.

Depending on your model number, you did not post it, some systems had both and others had one or the other.
