Laptop is heating up

Hi everyone, i have a Vostro 15 3510 core i7 11th Gen@2.80GHz , 32GB of RAM and SSD Hard drive.

I use the laptop only for podcasting which is like 4 times a month and sometimes even less, I use OBS Studio and LogiCapture for the camera and once i have these running the fan goes very high and sometimes messes up the sound in the podcast, even the cpu utilization goes very high but i don't know why and i don't how to stop this, and its a new laptop we bought it like 4 months back.
