TPM is missing in bios settings (in security)

Hello I tried almost everything possible to get back TPM option into dell vostro (win 10 64 bit), but nothing helped:

Tried turn off pc, unplug for more than 30 secs, plug back cable, go to bios to check if it is back - no it wasn't.

Also tried to download TPM 2.0 updater, but after running it, it returned me error.

When I checked in bios I have there UEFI not Legacy mode.
When I win + R and run TPM.msc it gives me: Compatible TPM cannot be found.

It annoys me because always when I turn on computer it shows me screen with Alert. that TPM is not found, so it not boot/load system until I won't press continue.

Is there is a possible way how to get it back into bios and then enable it?
My premium support/warranty is expired, so I am trying to fix it by myself - if it is even possible.

The system likely uses Intel PTT, not a true TPM.  As long as it wasn't originally sold in a part of the world where such technology is banned (China, Russia, parts of the Middle East).

All right so I found out i don't have even PPT option in bios in security part :D, I tried steps from this: ... https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000055109/intel-nuc.html

When I installed win 10 64 bit installer for bios update, it get me error: This BIOS update file is incomaptible with this system. There could be overground for that maybe to put it on usb (as BN0085.bio) and load/install it from bios - but I hadnt tried that.

But before trying intel's bios updated I already installed in past Dell vostro bios update (but nothing changed for me)

After bios update fail - I downloaded and install Intel® Management Engine Consumer Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for Intel® NUC, but nothing changed, in bios it is not still visible.

I had exactly the same problem, but I managed to solve it in a very simple way:

  •  Enter Dell's official website, go to the "Drivers" section and look for older BIOS versions as shown in the image below. Just download the versions and test. For me it's working fine in the 1.10.1 version.RodrigoFeliciano_0-1686755045328.png

That system should have a trusted platform module -- assuming it was sold originally in a part of the world where that technology is not illegal (it is illegal in China, Russia and much of the Middle East).

It's also several years old, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility that the chip may have failed.
