Hello all,

My laptop Dell Vostro 15 - 5590 intel10  has coil noise, please help me solve this problem.
The noise appears immediately after turning on the laptop before loading Windows, until the laptop is turned off.
Coil noise disappears when turbo boost, c-state, etc., is turned off in Bios.
Updating Bios and Windows did not solve the coil noise problem.
