Hello,

Did you move to VMware in the end or are you still on HyperV? 

If HyperV, make sure you are not using a Gen2 machine. Gen2 do not have Floppy Drives so the Instant prov will not work. 

If you're on VMware, make sure a Floppy Device is present in the Parent VM.
