15 R3, Windows 11 not supported, TPM disable

Question

TPM 2 is not supported. I bought this for $1700. Why can't I run Windows 11?

Run the PC Health Check app available here. It is more than TPM in your case. Your CPU appears to be  pre-generation 8 and MS has drawn the line at Gen 8 for compatible systems. This is a Microsoft decision and has many manufacturers including Dell with systems that do not meet the minimum requirements.

You can run windows 11 if you have enough Ram but the upgrade is not free and its not supported by Dell or Microsoft.

I recommend download of the ISO
Backup your system OR get a new hard drive.
And Use Rufus 3.15P to make 32 gig FAT32 NTFS combo boot media.
Rufus-3.15p.exe

Because its a clean install you will have to add apps back to your machine.
