A *fix* for the Sonic DLA error on load up of Vista

Here is what worked for me to stop the Sonic DLA error on the startup of Vista.

Go to this site: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000131CR

It is a temporary fix(for now), but at least it stops that annoying error from popping up everytime you reboot!

Hello Winni1970. Please try the following: Solution NOTE: The following patch requires that the previous version of the software be removed before the installation update can be completed. 1. Copy this address to your preferred browser http://docs.roxio.com/patches/d2d3290.exe The File Download window appears. 2. Click Run. The file is downloaded, and a Security Warning window appears. 3. Click Run. The Roxio Drag-to-Disc InstallShield window appears. 4. Click Next. The End-User License Agreement appears. 5. Click to select I accept the terms in the License Agreement, and click Next. 6. Click Next again and then Install. The Setup Wizard Completed screen appears. 7. Click Finish. You are prompted to restart your computer. 8. Click Yes. The computer restarts, and the update is complete. Let me know if you have any other problems. Easycool
