In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools from te menu bar, then accounts (email accounts in 2k3 version) and select new account and select exchange server. Fill in the name of the exchange server and follow the wizard.

Steve,
Here are the instructions for adding Exchange server e-mail in Outlook 2003. http://www.sanpcguide.com/apps/setup_exchange_email.html Your corporate server e-mail is probably mail.twcable.com. Instructions as to how you set up Hotmail for Outlook can be accessed by signing into your Hotmail Account and going to e-mail setup FAQs for Outlook. I know MSN requires the user name to be as follows : MSN/username@msn.com for Outlook Express.
Hotmail Settings
As with other web-based email, Hotmail uses the HTTP protocol to connect you to your mailbox. If you want to send and receive Hotmail emails using Microsoft Outlook 2003 you only have to select HTTP when you are asked to select your email account type and select Hotmail as the HTTP Mail Service Provider. Older versions of Outlook require a different procedure that involves creating a web-mail folder in Outlook.
Once you get everything working, you might want to download and install Microsoft Lookout. Neat tool for searching through your e-mails. Available here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=09b835ee-16e5-4961-91b8-2200ba31ea37&DisplayLang=en
