Generally this happens if the page fails to load properly. As you have already reset the browser, hence the possibility of this is eliminated. Another factor affecting the webpage not being displayed correctly is the Video Problem. After fresh installation of Windows Dell recommends installing the drivers in the order mentioned in this link. As your browser is not loading correctly you will not be able to download the drivers, try using a different browser such as Google Chrome and check. If you are still not able to download the drivers, please use the Drivers and Utilities disc and install the available drivers in the correct order.
You may consider running Dell.com in Compatibility Mode (broken page icon in address bar ... or add it under Tools). It won't be the only website you find that doesn't work properly in IE10.

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
All drivers were installed in the correct order when I performed the OS re-install a few weeks ago. The laptop is performing perfectly.
My browser issue only occurs on that particular website...IE10 displays all other websites as normal.
I use Chrome as my default browser so it's not a problem if no solution is found.

Yeah tried that and it made no difference.
Was quite liking IE10 until this happened. Oh well I've uninstalled IE10 and installed IE9 which solved the problem.
