Installing Microsoft Windows .NET Framework 3.0
Operating Windows XP with Service Pack 3, I have Windows .NET Framework 2.0 installed (apparently, it shows in installed programs), but cannot install .NET Framework 3.0, downloaded from Microsoft. Can anyone help?

Try v3.5 and v3.5 SP1 instead?
But why did you want/need to install v3.0 anyway?

Thanks for the advice. The reason for v3.0 is that a viewer program from Autocad requires it. I will try the versions you suggest.
