How do you get your password for the administrator? what is a floppy disk?

,Well a floppy disc is an type of media, used for storing information, only the older systems have them now. But, have you tried going into the Control Panel, then User Accounts, to make or change your password, and to make sure that you are the Administrator. PS, You never said what OS or model you have.
