Quick Assist Remote access inquiry
Last weekend I made a report on how I suspected a trojan spyware virus and how someone access my pc.
I got in contact with an expert who deleted the software and installed a new windows.
Today I opened my pc with a notification which I guess from Quick access trying to gain access to my pc but wasn't completed because I disconnected my internet prior. The notification reopens after I close it and I'm worried if the hackers are still trying access my pc through the quick assist portal.

I hope the entire storage device was wiped, and not just a clean install happened.
Also that no user data or backups were re-installed, because they maybe "infected".
If you have a firewall, then maybe research HOW2 block certain ports.......
Remote Desktop 3389 (TCP) Direct RDP, often requires port forwarding EG: Methods to Block Port 3389:
Using Windows Firewall
Open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.
Create a new inbound rule:
This rule will deny all inbound connections to port 3389, effectively blocking RDP access.
If in doubt please ask.

Follow the steps below to remove quick access remote.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
