Has anyone tried updating Killer driver to version 1168.15.717.2023? Is this supported by Dell?

My pc has been working flawlessly with updates (Dell & Microsoft) until recently. Now, I have been randomly experiencing screen freeze too, the last several weeks. I suspected it to be an update but could not track it down.
I recently found a built in Windows tool to run at the command prompt (without the brackets): [C:\perfmon /rel]
Here is the error it displayed:
<KAPS.EXE>
Problem: Stopped working

Come on Dell, you have been doing great. Something is off. Can we get it resolved? Security is a big issue in society and going backwards after a update, uh keeps the risk alive when the update is supposed to fix an issue.

I ran the System Diagnostics, because my computer just shut down for no reason 2x today, and has been freezing up for about 3 or 4 weeks every so often. I also came across this KAPS.exe as a possible issue.

I am also facing a similar issue, very frustrating. I hope Dell provides some guidance or a fix for this soon.

I have not had a flawless experience with my machine. They refunded my first machine after a few months because it was constantly crashing. This one was better initially, for the first few months. But the last few weeks have been horrible. Most of the critical events here are Blue Screens, freezing screens (requiring a forced reboot), program crashes. But this KAPS.exe app is the latest to cause issues.

I am 4 months late to this. I bought my machine back in October and now I am facing the exact same issue. I am super annoyed with the laptop I got, tbh, there's too many issues popping up, fans, and then keyboard and now this. @AKinferno , how did you get your machine refunded? Was that in the first month? I have given up all hope on them fixing my laptop. I can't even move it around without it freezing up and randomly restarting. And support just constantly asks me to run diagnostics even though it's usually all pass, the fans error still randomly pop up, but completely irreplicable.
