System Administrater
In Win XP home, when I try to change my home page
or try to import Favorites. I get something about the
System administrater and it won't let me do anything.
I did go to safe start up and it let me import the Favorites,
but when I restarted in normal mode they were not
there.
There is only one user account on this computer and it
is the administrater account
