I just bought a second hand Optiplex GX280 with a crashed disc that failed an install

of XP Home (OEM). I've ordered the Optiplex GX280 XP recovery disc after

Symantec Ghost 10 failed to unlock the recovery points. Assuming the XP Pro recovery

disc specific to the GX280 is successful in unlocking the hardware, are there any

legal issues in relation to using the embedded software for commercial purposes?
