XP SP2, any changes to the default settings in IE Privacy and Security?

​I've been recommending users change their IE privacy and security settings as recommended in the following links, but I don't know if this recommendation remains valid for those who have installed SP2 on XP. Is this vulnerability addressed? Can someone please fill me in?​
