Can't connect over 3g/4g

Can't connect over 3g/4g

I can connect to my CPU over wifi, but can not do it over 3g/4g.

I am sitting in front of my desktop. It is not in hibernate or sleep mode. Pocketcloud companion is installed. Discovered connections on my mobile device is 'on'.

1) Pocketcloud mobile version: 1.2.165
2) Device: HTC Thunderbolt (Verizon)
3) OS: XP Pro
4) Error message - Network currently not reachable. Service disconnected
5) Pocketcloud companion version: 2.2.15

Hi, 
we are planning to release a new version by the next week which will have 3G/4G Verizon issue fixed.

Tried restarting the device with 3g service. Still recieving the same error, any other suggestions?

It sounds as though we are going to release at the end of the week or early next week. Please keep and eye out for the update!
