Win-2012 VDI Personal Wyse Fail

Hello,

its hurting my head... last time I did a Pool(ed) VMs and I connected one Wyse... now I did a PersonalVM collection and got:

decryption using strandar RDP security mechanisms failed. OR sesión key creation using standard RDP security mechanisms failed

Iam doing a manual config on each Wyse. So I just created a RDP connection pointing to my server... Also I can connect to my RDserver from any other PC without any issue.

This server has all role.. broker, web-acces, virtualization.

Any help is appreciated!
