Question

hello, I have a dell xps 8500 and its been 2 months since my computer does not want to turn on or to be more precise starts but after everything turns off, also there is an orange light which lights up its writing next to the pwr I have looked for what I have given its the problem of memory but how to place them and also I have connected a 2 cable called pwr 2 and its been a few days it gives me 4 beeps but its my makes 2 any help would be apreciated
