Blurry screen in other apps and softwares

I bought XPS 139380 few days ago. I have installed the softwares that I need to work now but they are blurry and painful to eyes; however, the window itself is not blurry. I was using all of the softwares in my previous laptop acer 4741G but all of them worked very well in that laptop. I also tried by setting the display resolution 100% to 300% but it doesn't help either. Another problem is when I set the display to 100% the display icons and letters are so small that it is even difficult to see clearly. How to fix this problem?
