Camera and touchpad not working
Hi there!
I am having two crucial issues with my computer currently.
First, about two weeks ago my computer stopped detecting the camera in all applications like Zoom, skype, etc. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps including reinstalling the webcam drives and BiOs. The camera doesn´t work and I had to buy an external camera to be able to continue my normal work process.
Secondly, a week ago, my touchpad stopped responding properly. It only responds to scrolling but the copy-paste function is not working and when I use it the computer starts performing random copy-pastes and jumps from one window to another. I had to buy an external mouse to be able to continue working normally.
Now I have a computer with two external devices (camera and mouse) connected to it and it is super inconvenient given that I only bought it in Boston, US in February 2023.
I am currently in Valencia, Spain and I would appreciate your assistance in helping me troubleshoot the issues I´m having ASAP or replacing my computer with a new one.

Before going further, restore the factory OS to the system:

If that doesn't solve the problem, the path forward depends on your warranty. If you chose an onsite service upgrade at purchase, you can transfer ownership to your new location, assuming that system model is sold in Spain. If you did not choose an onsite service upgrade, the system would need to be returned to the US for support and/or service.
