Hi Tconfer2011,

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Does the computer give any error messages?  Does it make any beeping noise or light flashes?

Have you run a systems diagnostics yet?  Please run diagnostics by either pressing F12 at startup or by running Dell SupportAssist. Make a note of any error messages and post back.  

Be sure to post the Model number of your specific computer and operating system so we can give a more specific answer.
