Hi,

recently I bought new XPS 13 9300 and this is how my touchpad is working. Is it normal for 9300? At the bottom, touchpad is working normally however on the top it is very hard to press and in the top corners it is almost unpossible. In the video you can also see how laptop/touchapd is bending at the top. Also my backspace key is much harder to press than the rest of the keys. Is it normal?
