Xps 13 9350 Charging issue
My Xps 13 9350 is not charging when plugged in, the charging light keep switching from idle to charging to discharging.
When I opened the Bios setting, the battery info is showing
Ac adapter - 45W
Health - Fair
It's 2% charged and the current situation keeps switching from idle to charging to discharging.
It has happened before when my laptop was not charging at all so, i left it for 2+3 months then it started charging again.
What's the solution?

Update the system bios as well as all other drivers,
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Try a different USB-C/thunderbolt port. If it works, one port is failing.
If it shows the same problem, next is to try a new OEM AC adapter.
If that doesn't help, it's either the battery or the Thunderbolt chip -- meaning a replacement battery or mainboard. Whether it's worth replacing either on a 10 year old system is a question you'll have to answer.
