XPS, with threadlocker on screws?
Have an XPS with failing hard drive. Trying to install new drive but can't get all the screws out. They are small T5 and some one at Dell thought it was a good idea to apply blue thread locker! Never, I mean NEVER do that! They are locked in so tight that even with a freshly ground T5 bit, the heads strip out. How do the techs at Dell get them out and how do you get replacements? After all the glitches, this will probably be the last Dell I get.

Get a Dremel and a small bit and drill out the screws. You will need to get new ones for reassembly.

I think I remember having that on one system, maybe a 7567 but I was able to get the screws out. Maybe use all the force you can but hold the force for an extend period rather than increasing the pressure. Downward pressure is essential.
Of course, if they are already stripped, they do have screw removal bits but maybe not that small.
They can work their way out if not secured in some manner.

Stripped screws on a laptop are another headache I would rather not have to deal with
