Hi, I bought a 2014 Alienware 17 laptop about 4 years ago but I hadn't registered it or tried to register it until a couple of days ago. I don't have the previous owner's details, just his name. Does anyone know how I can contact support? I want to know how the recycling or replacement plan works. Thanks.
