So not sure whats going on but I recently got this laptop from someone and the laptop works great, im very satisfied with it BUT the FX lighting on the keyboard is non existent. I have done a clean install of windows 10 like 3 times, have reinstalled AWCC more than that, have followed all of DELLS recommended solutions, and nothing seems to work. I"m out of warranty according to DELL support and they cant help me, I'm starting to think its a hardware issue. I feel like purchasing a replacement keyboard and see if i can swap it out myself hoping that works.
