I've waited to receive my laptop from FedEx but the issue is that I live in an apartment complex and the deliverer somehow can't get through the gate. It's happened twice and when I called FedEx and I wasn't able to schedule a pick up from their facility until a 3rd attempt is made to deliver the package, and I would have to call Dell to possibly pick it up from the FedEx facility.
