Hi,

So for the longest time I've been experiencing a minuscule lag spike - not at all related to internet connection - every second in games, and I've been living with it for months by this point. Again, it's small, nothing lasting an entire second. If anything it lasts about one tenth of a second. I wasn't too worried about it at first, but restarting the game didn't help. I soon discovered this issue to be in several other games, if not all of them. It was only a few minutes ago I wondered if it happened in other programs that weren't games. I decided to try auto scrolling down a webpage in Chrome, and it ended up occurring even on it, which brought me to my breaking point and then here. I've tried other forums to see if anyone else had this problem, yet to no avail. This is my last hope. I've tried everything I can think of and anything on other possible forum posts that may have had the same problem.

I've tried the obvious: restarting, disabling Bluetooth, completely turning down graphical settings as well as the resolution, and even tried going into internet settings as one suggested and disabled some options. No result. I've tried everything I can think of, because that was all to my knowledge and no one else seems to have had this issue.

It may sound like something that you all may be able to look past, but this little tick is driving me insane.
