Last night while I was surfing the web my computer froze and about a minute later my graphics settings had been switched to a very low setting and I got a warning about something.

Now when I turn on my computer it goes directly to a blue page saying that my ati2dvag is in an infinite loop. I'm in safe mode right now, and I don't know what to do!

I have a Dell Dimension E510, and people have told me to update my driver but I don't know how or where to do it. I'm so confused.
