Ok so when I got under tools to internet options i get this error...never used to but am now...

 

"This opeartion has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

 

I am the only user of this computer, do not have a network or anything setup.  It was working, and one day just seemed to stop working and I cannot get past that error message to do anything (ie setup a homepage etc).

 

Help me please!
