I cannot activate the Bluetooth hardware on my Dell M6800.

I rebooted my machine and ran the Diagnostic tool.  When it finished and presented me results, the diagnostics said that Bluetooth was not enabled.  The last time I checked the bios, it was enabled there.

I have checked the Airplane mode switch and it is in the "on" position.  I cannot see any Bluetooth devices in my device manager.  

Upon clicking the Start button and typing "Bluetooth", the only available option is "Bluetooth File Transfer" and it fails.  

The Bluetooth indicator light above my keyboard is never illuminated.  I believe my organization has disabled the Bluetooth functionality some how, but I'm unable to re-enable it.  Anyone have suggestions?
