I was wondering on my Inspiron 1564 why when I hit Cap Lock an icon comes up then slowly fades, meanwhile I must wait to coninue typing.

For Example, IT TOOK 4 SECONDS BEFORE I COULD BEGIN TO TYPE AGAIN.

 

ANYBODY, (another 4 second delay), have an answer?
