Hello, I have an inspron 1720 laptop, and my daughter has  forgotton her password. when it first start up. I have no disks.   I have tryed to start in safe mode and  it will come up to password.   I hit f12 and removed all passwords for admin ect but it still will not let me get into it. what else can I do. i have also tryed reloading vista cd and it will not even let me do that.  thank you
