HID Driver for bluetooth mouse

Hi,

I have a Dell Studio XPS running Vista x64, I recently tried to connect my new bluetooth mouse with my laptop.
The mouse connected fine with ubuntu running on my system so it isn't the mouse or bluetooth but my OS.

I tried contacting the mouse's customer support and was told that;

"In OEM versions of Windows the HID drivers are commonly not preinstalled. Since this mouse uses the drivers provided by Windows, the problem is not necessarily caused by the mouse, but by the operating system itself. The necessary drivers are usually available for download on the manufacturer's website."

I have tried searching the dell site but I don't really know what I'm looking for, can anyone please tell me what I need to do?

Cheers
