i just recived 2 inspiron 1100,

but problem 1 of them has a red dot in 1 pixel on the top of the screen, i think its an lcd creen problem cuze this red pixel is there even when pc boots up,

so please tell what should i do contact tech support or are there any steps i can take?? and if i need to send it back do i have to pay for the shipping?? i have the basic warrenty
