Optiplex 780 error led 3 y 4

I had a poor thing with my pc

And it does not give video

The diagnostic LEDs are 3 and 4
Which means that there are problems with the ram but I have already changed them for others and nothing clean the contacts but it continues to give the same error, someone could help me
