I have a perc II AMI Raid controller in a Power Edge 2300.  After configuring the array and initializing it, I installed windows sbs 2000 on it.  After the first restart I get disk read errors.  What am I doing wrong?  Do I need to format the hard drives in the Perc config utility?  Or is the controller going bad?  Help!!
