Computer sat unused for over 6 months and user couldn’t get into it. We re-imaged the laptop via sccm and during the process after rebooting it keeps giving blue screens with driver verifier and it is unable to boot into safe mode or anything without giving that error. We have also tried Dell OS recovery tool as well as installing windows by hand via USB. They all end up at the BSOD. The computer has passed all dell hardware diagnostics. We have flashed the bios and tried various bios changes and aren’t getting anywhere. Anyone have other ideas to try?

No dock or accessories other than various boot usb sticks.
