Power Edge R520 Issue PSDMC
Good afternoon,
I have a problem with this server and my Ultrium LTO 3.
The server worked excellent with the Ultrium LTO 2 device, but this device was damaged, and it doesn't work anymore.
I connected the Ultrium LTO 3 to my server with the same card and data cable, but now on the server screen it shows me this message: "LSI Logic Corp. MPT boot ROM, no supported devices found!".
How can I use this device on my server?
What is the difference between Ultrium LTO 2 and Ultrium LTO 3?
My server is this: Dell PowerEdge R520 with Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard / System Type: 64-bit operating system.
Could someone please help me with this issue?

Si el problema aparece durante el arranque cuando la LTO 3 está conectada. Por favor, verifique la secuenca de arranque (Boot manager) porque probablemente no está arrancando desde el disco duro o el arreglo RAID.
Esta nueva LTO 3 la ha probado en otro servidor ¿funciona correctamente?
Respecto a la diferencia entre LTO 2 y LTO 3. Bueno, es la siguiente versión: más capacidad, mayor velocidad. En la wikipedia puede encontrar información de todos los modelos LTO hasta el 8, le hago llegar el enlace.
