New EmailXtender installation to be licensed for 50 users,
As far as I can tell they have 75 (but some of these people have left and they are no longer used, active only record ),
Once a user is archived to mail extender can the email box be deleted and the license used to archive another user ?

How do you retrieve that mail once it is archived ? (from the deleted user)
