Help with spyware virus

Hello,
 
I believe that I have a virus that first turned my desktop red and now has turned it all black except for a rectangle in the bottom right hand corner that says "Your computer is in danger!"  and underneath says Windows Security Center has detected spyware/adware infection!  It is storongly recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss."  And I continuously am receiving a pop up from my toolbar thats says that I should install "Spyware cleanr tool" (with cleaner spelled wrong)  which is recommended by MSN.  The icon on the toolbar is a red circle with a white X in the middle.  I have run superantispy, rogue remover, and my ATT Yahoo anti-spy, along with other programs.  None seem to be able to get rid of this.  Also once in awhile a yellow triangle with an exclamation point will appear in my toolbard and will say something simalar in a pop up and when clicked it will come up with a blank page that says pt.htm.  Here is the log file that I got from the hijackthis software:
