Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.  I've posted my HiJack This log below.  McAfee is installed and gave me warnings that malware was being installed, but said it wasn't able to fix or uninstall it (yay).  Spybot Search & Destroy and Adware didn't help either.  

Mostly the problem seems to be popups- "...by Outerinfo".  Looks like 2-3 pop up windows start going, but only one stays up with an ad.
