i cant open any folders on my desktop, go into 'my documents', 'my pictures', 'my music', or 'my computer'. i dont know what's wrong. i also can not open the control panel or the search button on my start menu or burn any cds anymore. window's media player does not work all of a sudden and i havent tried to uninstall it or anything. when i do click on the buttons on my start menu, my start menu will go away and reappear as if i had restarted the computer or something. when i do turn on the computer a messege comes up saying... "112649.exe" 'this app. failed to start because WKWBL.DLL was not found. re-installing the app. may fix this problem.' and after i click ok on that another comes up saying "error!" ' could not download app.! please try again!' i dont know if that has anything to do with my other problems or if something is wrong. one more thing... when i get on the internet it doesnt take me to my homepage. it takes me to http://www.kaozchat.com/s0ck3t/ and nothing appears but a blank green page. ive looked to see if my homepage has been changed but it hasnt. and just now, as i was typing this another error appeared on my computer saying... "istsvc" ' istsvc has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.' and it says to tell microsoft about this problem and to send an error report. i dont know what this is about either. i had the free download of kazaa and i think that might have been what started it all. any help with be greatly appreciated. thank you.
